Participants will be guided through a deeply relaxing sound meditation using crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other soothing instruments, designed to help release stress, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of ease — all while immersed in a peaceful outdoor setting at sunset.

ℹ️Please bring a towels / blankets and or pillow to relax poolside on pool deck chairs.
ℹ️ Eye masks will be available to all participants to deepen relaxation.
